This silent retreat offers a rare opportunity to slow down, withdraw from distractions, and reconnect with your inner stillness.

Throughout the retreat, you will have opportunities to discuss your meditation progress with the teacher while exploring meditation through sitting, walking, standing, and lying-down practices.

What To Expect

A peaceful retreat experience designed to support meditation, awareness, healing, and inner clarity.

Daily Practices

Two daily yoga sessions, meditation practices, yoga philosophy, dyads, chanting, writing, and group sharing to deepen awareness and reflection.

Nature & Silence

Nature walks, sitting meditation, karma yoga, and silent contemplative space allow you to reconnect with yourself and the natural world.

Nourishment & Reflection

Vegetarian raw meals, accommodations, journaling, and meaningful practices support clarity, lightness, and transformation.

6–9pm — Yoga Philosophy, Chant, Meditation, Dyads & Sharing
