Each session explores a unique meditation technique, allowing you time to practice, reflect, and discover the approach that resonates most deeply with you.
Whether you are completely new to meditation or returning to your practice, this course offers a gentle, supportive, and inspiring introduction.

What You’ll Learn
Explore four powerful meditation practices designed to calm the mind, awaken awareness, and cultivate inner peace.
Breath Meditation
Calm the mind through awareness of the breath and learn how to develop presence, grounding, and inner stillness.
Mantra Meditation
Discover the power of sacred sound and explore how mantra can focus the mind and deepen meditation.
Vipassana
Cultivate clarity through mindful observation, awareness, and insight into thoughts, emotions, and sensations.
Visualization
Awaken inner peace through guided imagery, creative visualization, and heart-centered meditation practices.
