During the Enlightenment Intensive you are invited to set aside distractions and enter a retreat environment focused entirely on awareness, contemplation, and authentic communication.
Your practice is to contemplate questions such as “Who am I?” and communicate your direct experience during structured dyad sessions.
Throughout the retreat there are walks, meditation periods, lectures, silence, and restorative breaks.
