This practice helps release mental clutter accumulated through the week while creating space for honesty, clarity, and meaningful human connection.

The Dyad Practice
Partners alternate in 5-minute Dyads,
where the listening partner gently asks:
“Tell me what is occurring for you.”
A full session includes 40 minutes
of shared exploration,
and an evening may flow through
three Dyad sessions
offering depth,
spaciousness,
and self-awareness.
