Each class begins with a Shanti prayer, Uddiyana Bandha, and cleansing breath practices.
Bhastrika breathing warms and energizes the body, preparing students for guided postures, pranayama, mudras, mantras, and energetic practices.
Classes conclude with Bhakti meditation, sound relaxation, and silent meditation — creating space for deep integration, peace, and awareness.
