Sacred Service & Conscious Leadership
Would you like to become more involved with supporting the sacred space of the Enlightenment Intensive?
The Monitor and Master Training Program offers three progressive levels of training designed to prepare participants for deeper roles of service, leadership, awareness, and conscious facilitation within the Enlightenment Intensive environment.
You can feel into which level of service you are wanting and capable of performing as you deepen your understanding of the Enlightenment Intensive process.
All trainings require participation in the Enlightenment Intensive Book Club.

Training Levels
Progress through deeper levels of awareness, responsibility, and facilitation within the Enlightenment Intensive.
Monitor Training
Includes Silent Monitor, Chief Monitor, and Monitor training through online book clubs, in-person trainings, and EI practicums.
Senior Monitor
Advanced senior monitoring practices, intensive trainings, practicums, and deeper leadership development.
Master Training
Includes advanced monitor trainings, senior monitoring practicums, mentorship, and mastery level EI facilitation work.
Sacred Service
Learn to hold and support the sacred space of the EI with integrity, clarity, awareness, and compassion.
Enlightenment Intensive Book Club
All trainings require participation in the Enlightenment Intensive Book Club.
Meetings are held Fridays from 10–11 AM Newfoundland Time once or twice per month and are recorded for review or missed sessions.
To complete qualifications, participants are required to send Meranda summary reports of their learnings from each assigned chapter and reading.
Book Club Fee: $25 per session including meeting participation, recordings, and review support.
