This training is designed for yoga teachers and serious practitioners who want to explore the inner mechanics of Kriya, subtle anatomy, and Kundalini processes in a grounded and structured way.

Himalayan Kriya Yoga is an active, energetic, and therapeutic practice rooted in ancient Himalayan traditions and utilizes breathwork, mudras, mantras, movement, and energetic practices to purify and awaken the energy body.

This training bridges subtle yogic anatomy, energetic awakening, and safe experiential practice while honoring the traditional roots of Kriya Yoga.

Himalayan Kriya Yoga is an active, energetic, and therapeutic practice rooted in ancient Himalayan traditions, often facilitated by practitioners in the lineage of Maha Avatar Babaji and Dr. Pradeep Ullal .
