This certification course will train you in the basics of universal meditation teaching, helping you guide others with confidence, clarity, and presence.

You’ll explore the difference between relaxation, visualization, and meditation, while learning how to lead various audiences using authentic communication, breath, prayer, philosophy, and voice techniques.

This training also supports you in learning how to hold group space, navigate challenges, and teach from grounded experience rather than memorization alone.

What You Will Learn

A complete foundation for guiding meditation in a grounded, heart-centered, and professional way.

Meditation Foundations

Learn the basics of universal meditation teaching, the three types of teachers, and the difference between relaxation, visualization, and meditation.

Group Facilitation

Explore meditation language styles, how to guide different audiences, and how to handle challenges that arise in group settings.

Breath & Voice

Understand how to use breath, voice, philosophy, prayer, and authentic communication to create meaningful meditation experiences.

Certification Requirements

✔ Complete 8 practicum sessions teaching meditation
✔ Teach one or more participants during practicum
✔ Complete the Lotus Beginners Meditation Course prerequisite
✔ Learn meditation leadership through practical experience
✔ Develop confidence guiding meditation groups
✔ Receive certification upon successful completion
