7pm: Introduction to meditation practices
→Monday to Friday (til 12noon)
7-8:30am: Yoga class
8:30-9am Breakfast
9am-12noon: Meditation practices, writing, and nature walk
12-1pm Lunch
1-4: Meditation practices, writing, and nature walk
4-5 pm: Yoga
5-6pm: Supper
6-9pm: Yoga philosophy, chant, meditation, dyads, sharing.

Cost:$650 for 5 nights and days includes accommodation and meals. $500 with 2 vegan GF meal contributions.

Meditation Yoga Weekend Retreats this Fall:
August 28-30, Sept 18-20, Oct 30-Nov 1, Nov 13-15, Dec 11-13, 2026
Friday 4pm to Sunday 4pm. Lotus Centre in St. John’s or Tree of Life Eco Retreat Centre. (One hour south west of St. John’s.)
$75 a day or $150 for two days. Bring your own meals.
Option to pay per day via merandasquires@thelotuscentre.ca etransfer. Over night retreats: accommodations are extra.

7-8:30am Yoga
8:30-10am: Meditation
10-10:30am: Breakfast
10:30-1pm: Meditation (or optional dyad practice)
1-2: Lunch
2-5pm: Sitting, Walking, Standing, Resting Meditation practice
5-6pm: Yoga
6-6:30pm: Supper
6:30-8pm 2 dyads or yoga philosophy
8-9pm: Meditation or Sharing
