• 2:30–4:00 — Practical Himalayan Kriya Practice

• 10 hours Himalayan class participation outside training
• 5 hours integration / study

What is Himalayan Kriya Yoga?
- Purpose: To cleanse the body-mind-energy system, raise vibrational frequency, and accelerate self-realization.
- Techniques: Involves rapid movement and deep, intentional breathing designed to shake off stored emotional trauma and activate Kundalini energy.
- Difference from Other Yoga: Unlike gentle hatha, it is highly active (“energy yoga”) and designed for profound, often immediate, emotional release and mental clarity, sometimes described as a “re-wiring” of the subconscious.
