Step into a powerful practice of deep connection and inner clarity. The Dyad, also called the Yoga of Communication, is a partner-based meditation that opens the heart, clears the mind, and awakens authentic expression.

Release the mental clutter accumulated through the week
Learn to receive another’s communication through the heart
Discover how to articulate your inner experience with honesty and clarity
Sit face-to-face with a partner, guided by presence and awareness
🧘 The Practice
Partners alternate in 5-minute Dyads, where the listening partner gently asks:
“Tell me what is occurring for you.”A full session includes 40 minutes of shared exploration
An evening may flow through three Dyad sessions, offering depth and spaciousness
We close with a group sharing, integrating insights and experiences
🌸 The Dyad is both simple and profound — a practice of listening, truth-speaking, and being fully seen.
