🕊️ The Dyad: Yoga of Communication 🕊️

Step into a powerful practice of deep connection and inner clarity. The Dyad, also called the Yoga of Communication, is a partner-based meditation that opens the heart, clears the mind, and awakens authentic expression.

What You’ll Experience

  • Release the mental clutter accumulated through the week

  • Learn to receive another’s communication through the heart

  • Discover how to articulate your inner experience with honesty and clarity

  • Sit face-to-face with a partner, guided by presence and awareness

🧘 The Practice

  • Partners alternate in 5-minute Dyads, where the listening partner gently asks:
    “Tell me what is occurring for you.”

  • A full session includes 40 minutes of shared exploration

  • An evening may flow through three Dyad sessions, offering depth and spaciousness

  • We close with a group sharing, integrating insights and experiences

🌸 The Dyad is both simple and profound — a practice of listening, truth-speaking, and being fully seen.
