Beginners Meditation Course 
A gentle introduction to the art of meditation
This 4-class series is designed to give new meditators a solid foundation and the confidence to begin a personal practice. Each session explores a unique meditation technique, allowing you time to practice and discover the approach that resonates most deeply with you.
What You’ll Learn
Week 1: Breath – Calm the mind with awareness of the breath
Week 2: Mantra – Harness the power of sacred sound
Week 3: Vipassana – Cultivate clarity through mindful observation
Week 4: Visualization – Awaken inner peace with guided imagery
