🌄 Himalayan Kriya Yoga & Meditation 🌄

The 1-hour Himalayan Kriya Yoga class is an active breathwork journey designed to release stored emotions and clear blockages from the physical and energetic bodies. Through a powerful blend of shaking, tapping, mantras, mudras, and dynamic breathing techniques, you will awaken life force energy and create space for renewal.

🔥 Using Lion’s Breath and Kali Breath, we burn away toxic energies.
💨 With Ujjayi Pranayama, we redirect life energy into subtle channels to awaken kundalini.

After the kriya, we move into a 30-minute meditation:

  • Begin with a sacred mudra

  • Drop into a guided meditation

  • Rest in silence, allowing integration and stillness
