Himalaya Kriya
Himalayan Kriya is an early morning online guided practice to cleanse and enliven the energy channels and chakra system.
Tuesdays and Fridays 7-8am: Kriyas, 8-8:30am: Meditation practice.
The one hour Himalayan Kriya Yoga class is an active type of breath work practice that uses shaking, tapping, mantras, mudras, and different breathing techniques to release stored emotions trapped within the physical and energetic bodies.
It is a deep cleansing of all that does not serve us on a mental, emotional, and physical level. It is a highly effective practice of self-realization, actualization, and liberation.
Using Lions Breath or Kali Breath, we cleanse toxic energies and using ujjahi pranayam, we redirect the energies into subtler channels to awaken kundalini. The half hour meditation begins with a mudra and guided meditation and silence for the remaining time.
