August 16: Saturday 5-6:30pm: Introduction to the 5 days of retreat. Learn about what you will experience in the yoga, meditation and empowerment sessions.

August 17: Sunday
8-10am: Himalayan Kriya and Laya yoga Meditation on the beach. Explore and activate the third eye or 6th and 7th chakras! Learn more about Laya Yoga here. Learn more about Himalayan Kriya here.
10-11:30: Breakfast with our healthy food vendors. Swimming at the beach. Walk some trails.
11:30am-2:30pm: Master Your Problems workshop
Be guided through an inquiry process to get clear on what is in the way of your goal and your success. A simple process that allows you to manage any problem or difficulty that arise in your life. Workshop activities include lectures, meditations, partner communications, writing and group sharing.
2:30-3:30pm: Healthy lunch with our vendors! Walk along the beach.
3:30-5:30pm: Meditation and Satsang. Start with a gentle head and upper body stretch, kriyas and guide into a silent 30 minute meditation. Open question and answer discussion session. End with a 15 minute meditation.
August 18, Monday

11:30-2:30pm: Build Healthy Boundaries workshop
Take back the self that was lost through childhood boundary violations. Learn how to manage present-day personal boundaries. Release guilt and regrets you may carry from violating the boundaries of others.
This workshop is designed to help people like you who are feeling disempowered and feeling dominated by external forces beyond their control. It helps empower the child who wasn’t heard in childhood and learn how to manage present day problems by setting healthy boundaries now to serve you for the rest of your life. You will learn how to take your life power back.
