→Friday (Come, join us when you arrive!)

 

5pm: Yoga
6pm: Supper
7pm: Introduction to meditation practices

→Saturday and Sunday (til 4pm)

7-8:30am: Yoga class. (Day people: Join us when you arrive.)
8:30-9am Breakfast
9am-12noon: Meditation practices, writing, and nature walk
12-1pm Lunch Vegetarian
1-4: Group Nature Walk and sitting meditation practices
4-5 pm: Yoga
5-6pm: Supper Vegetarian
6-9pm: Yoga philosophy, chant, meditation, dyads, sharing.
