What to Expect

  • Begin with 15 minutes of gentle sitting yoga for the upper body — opening the breath, heart, and mind.

  • Move into 45 minutes of silent meditation to quiet the mind and awaken inner clarity.

  • Flow into Truth Speaks (Satsang) — a heart-centered dialogue on life’s challenges and timeless spiritual questions.

    Explore themes such as:“How do I handle anxiety at work?” “How do I navigate relationship challenges?” “What is death?” “What is enlightenment?”

  • Conclude with a 15-minute meditation, leaving you grounded, spacious, and renewed.
