Introduction: Meet with Meranda for information about the retreat, a private introduction learning the technique, and registration.
This 4 1/2 day retreat (Thursday 5pm to Monday evening) takes
place in a country setting where you will have time with yourself while
also sharing with others. The accommodations are very comfortable and
fabulous gourmet vegetarian meals will be served daily. The last day
will be an integration hike in the mountains. Tenting is permissible.
