The Yoga Teacher Training introduced me to Meranda’s vast knowledge on the many different topics covered, her understanding and supportive attitude towards her students and overall positive demeanor makes learning enjoyable.

The Enlightenment Intensive I attended an in 2017 with Meranda Squires, I directly experienced my Truth! This is EXACTLY what happened to me…. And I could not stop laughing! I was giddy. I wheezed with laughter. I found the seriousness of life hysterically funny. In my dyads, I started joking about how life is a big experiment and cosmic joke. My partners started giggling too. I compared human beings to muffins… all different with different ingredients and different reactions depending on the ingredients and baking process… but all muffins. I laugh now thinking about it. I was truly giddy. It sounds like I was a little irrational, but yet I felt completely rational at that moment.
The aftermath was bliss and peace for weeks (after I sweat profusely and then got the chills – a physiological affect of this experience). And I slowly came back to my ‘norm’ of life. Integration lasted only a few weeks, although I can still recall the experience, and it brings me a sense of peace.
It’s important to practice. It’s important to continue the work of connecting to our divine existence. Because that is where ecstasy lies. But it is right there… in you. Isn’t that fascinating? That bliss and ecstasy is ‘in your pocket’, as Thich Nhat Hanh puts it. Going OM

The Empowerment Program was the doorway to healing and living a life of happiness. This program has shaped me into the person I am today, a stronger, better person able to deal with life challenges with strength and integrity. I am now able to live more connected and authentically.
It taught me invaluable lessons and allowed me to make many transformations which has allowed me to step into my power and elevate me to my highest potential. I have been empowered to advocate for my self and others, to release the guilt that comes with self-care, and to dare to “play big” and “be seen”. I have been empowered to generate a life for myself that feeds my soul and is aligned with my core values.

Enlightenment Intensive: I, myself, am the queen of skeptics when it comes to this sort of thing, but I’m very glad to have done it, and would even consider doing it again.
For one thing, it’s always extremely useful to step out & disengage from one’s “busy life”, in order to gain some clarity, objectivity, and to generally refresh one’s outlook, perceptions & overall mind-set. The Enlightenment Intensive also gives rise to feelings of compassion, empathy, and love, all of which are always great to reawaken within all of us. The whole experience leaves one feeling uplifted, encouraged, and supported. Part of a larger whole than simply the mundane life we all plug away at. It is totally refreshing, and great.y enriching.
The fact that we follow a detox fasting kind of diet, and follow a rigid routine, and maintain silence (except for the dyading), is especially beneficial to anybody, no matter who/what.
