About Course
The Learn to Meditate 30 Day Challenge allows you to make meditation a regular part of your day reaping the many benefits a daily practice will provide. Joining shows you are ready for a big change in the way you see yourself and the world. It shows me that you have dropped many of your doubts about your ability to meditate. It also shows me that you want to know why others preach the powerful effect that meditation can have on your well-being. Signing up says you have the strong intention to be a warrior and face your fears.
You will learn the basics of meditation needed to develop a regular daily practice. We will go slow. I’ll be there every small step along the way. By the end of the challenge you will be able to meditate with ease for 15 minutes everyday!
