Through the years I have crafted and fine-tuned my offerings, of classes, courses and trainings at the Lotus Centre, guiding people into transformation in the Lotus Garden.

Laya Yoga

Mondays 9:30-11am & Thursday’s 7:30-9am. In Person and online! Laya Yoga is comparable to the effects of Kundalini yoga. Laya yoga awakens the chakra centres and dormant life force in the form of kundalini Shakti.

Soma Yoga

Mondays: 5-6:30pm. Wednesdays 9:30-11am. Designed to awaken the intelligence of the body, Soma Yoga is a gentle and conscious form of movement which integrates somatic exercises, hatha yoga, and MacKenzie alignment techniques and meditation.

Meditation and Satsang

Wednesdays 6:30-8:45pm. In Person and live online. The evening begins with a guided 45-minute silent meditation,then moving into a “Truth Speaks” discussion on topics assisting us to live an empowering life, ending with another 15-minute meditation.

Science of Yoga Philosophy

Thursdays 6:30-8:30pm. In Person and zoom live online. India’s revered scripture of Patanjali, from which the 8 limbs of Yoga has been popularized in all Yoga Teacher Trainings.

Chant & Meditation

Sundays 6:30-8:30pm. In Person Only! Experience a musical ‘high’ through singing sacred songs in Sanskrit, English or from other cultures opens our heart, and allow us to tune in to the Universal beat. Chanting is a mode of spiritual participation and transformation.

Dyads: Yoga of Communication

Mondays 6:30 – 9pm. In Person and live online! Find your voice of empowerment with a two-person communication technique within a group setting.

Beginners Meditation Course

This Beginners Meditation course gives the new meditator a good foundation to begin the practice of meditation. Each week we focus on one technique with two weeks to practice. Yoga Alliance continuing education credits.

Meditation Teacher Training (Level 1)

This Universal Meditation training will equip you in becoming confident in guiding meditation in groups or in private sessions for personal or professional purposes. Yoga Alliance continuing education credits.
